TERMS OF SERVICE

Ordering

• I reserve the right to decline any commission I am uncomfortable with or if it is beyond my skill range.• STRICTLY NO REFUNDS once I started doing the commission.• Clients will secure their slot once I confirmed their order.• Clients have the rights to request updates but not every single time please.• Please provide a clear reference. If the client only give a pure written description, there will be an extra fee.• I would really appreciate if the client will talk to me nicely. Let’s have a peaceful environment here.

Payment

• Currency accepted is either USD or PHP and can be paid through PayPal (international clients) or GCash (local clients). I am also accepting tips through Ko-fi.• Once payment is received and the invoice is already given, the client may no longer cancel their commission.• Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or 50% upfront and 50% before receiving the finished artwork.

Process, Revisions, and Delivery

• The time it takes to finish your commission varies 1-4 weeks depending on its complexity, my personal schedule, or health issue. I am still a student, please bear with me. You will be notified if the order will be delayed.• I will accept two rounds of changes during the sketch approval. Any changes requested after the said period will be charged depending on the change the client want me to make. Minor revisions only.• No more major revisions (poses, whole outfit) after the sketch approval.• No rush deadlines as much as possible.• The final artwork will be sent through email in PNG format.

Usage Rights

• I retain all copyrights over the commissioned work.• I will not profit further from the commissioned artwork unless the client break any of the terms.• I have the right to post the commissioned piece online, and use it for my portfolio.• STRICTLY FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY. The client may not use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes (produce merchandise, or in any means to make a profit).• The client may post the ordered artwork with proper credits.• The client cannot claim the artwork as theirs. No alterations without my permission.• Do not remove my watermark.• No NFTs

What will you get?

• Sketch and/or final sketches that the client must accept before I continue the work.• Insight and involvement in color plan.• Final commissioned artwork in 2048 x 2048 pixels at 300 dpi. The client may state otherwise.• Commissioned artwork in PNG format (transparent background AND plain/gradient background stated by the client).NOTE:I, laiasolenne, has the right to change my Terms of Service without prior warning.
